whats a safe overclock for 1660ti mobile

in this laptop my 1660Ti never goes past 65 degrees on max load (80-85w) so i have a ton of thermal headroom and i wanna know whats a safe and good overclock for this gpu.

Safe is a relative term and dependent on your particular HW. OC'ing is operating outside specifications and therefore a risk, not guaranteed and may invalidate warranty.

But those should not be taken to mean safe.

Can you control fan speeds? With a descent metal cooling stand sometimes laptops have some headroom. It's really going to be about how much fan noise can you take? It will throttle before you break anything so I wouldn't worry about that.

im using an external monitor and im using a laptop stand. And yes i can control the fan speeds with LFC (Legion Fan Control). For now i set it to 150 on the vram and 100 on the core clock

Whatever you can get stable as long as temps are good. Laptop cards are quite locked down.
