Whats MSI RMA service like ?

Well had some bad news tosday the guy who bought my pc on ebay has told me the Graphics Card is faulty (he must have done something as it wasn't bloody faulty when I sold it :banghead: )

So now I have to go through the lovely process of RMA.

Its a MSI HD 4850 512mb, just wondering does anyoone have any experience with MSI RMA service? Good/Bad/Lengthy?

Well then... you know what to do... kiss his ass and make your own account so you don't have to worry about screwing up someone else's. :/

I only ever RMA'd one thing, a motherboard, but it went through newegg, not the manufacturer... it was pleasant but lengthy (like any other RMA... at least the lengthy part)
