Which digital camera? (£40 max)

I recently bought a cheap and nasty Technika camera (sh550t) from ebuyer for £22. It was a complete waste of money because it takes awful photos. I'm hoping ebuyer will let me exchange it for a better one and I was looking at getting one of these:

My question is which one should I get? Has any1 here used a Kodak EasyShare and is the image quality good? Are there any better ones in that price range you recommend?

I have a budget of £40 max and anything cheaper than that would be a bonus

I notice the Samsung s730 was recommended in another post and that's my top pick so far, unfortunately ebuyer dont sell them and they're ~£60 elsewhere.

Out of the ones ya menchined the second one with slightly better mp counts looks the better option for me and if ya can look at the Canon A series not sure if ya can pick one up for 40 pounds tho :/.
