Hello all, i have ordered a arctic liquid iii 360 and i was wondering if i move my 2x NF-A12x25 from my current air cooler to the radiator, where should they go?
Does placing fans closer to the water inlet/outlet and not in the backside matter positively?
I would imagine it doesn't matter cause the water will be the same temperature in the whole loop (AIO in this case) but maybe it does make a difference in how efficiently they can cool ?

I wouldn't think it matters either but if you have a fan near one side or the other creating input pressure, that might be where you keep an open spot, as maybe the little bit of air pressure there will assist convection current in the place the fan is missing. (assuming top rad config exhausting out)

The liquid comes with fans. Why not borrow one of those until you get a 3rd A12x25?

Yes i will do that, was wondering where do i leave the p12 it comes with but it shouldn't matter i guess.

I see you have a LIAN LI O11 case. I know my rad works a little be better when I remove the top cover.
You might get air splashback and recirculation from the top panel back into the open spot in the rad. The same might happen with side mount too without ducting the exhaust to the panel slots.
