Which motherboard?

Having difficulty deciding on motherboard. 5600x with 3070 , liquid 240, 3600 ram.. I have NO idea about the future, this is my first build. This is for sim racing. I don't plan on changing much if I can help it. I'm going with a white them and that's why I've limited it to these two. I know, fashion over function, I'm a poser! Anyway, I know therese some differences in connectivity and IO and lan and I really don't know what makes a difference. I'm using a Lian li mesh 2 case. Is there some advantages on one vs the other? I'm a novice.

What game do you play ? I'm a sim racer myself (assetto corsa + custom shader patch)
My rig is outdated compared to your future build, but i think it's safe to say you won't notice the difference whether you choose one or the other, they should rock whatever sim racing games you throw at them.

I'm new to pc. I'm on PS4 now. So I'm going to do iracing and the usuals. PC2, AC etc. There just be one that is better vs the other since I have to pick one.
