I'm not sure what to do at the moment i have a EK Coolstream PE 240mm Radiator on hand will this be enough to get a good OC out of a 5930K and also cool my GPU or should i upgrade to a EK Coolstream PE 360mm Radiator or i could go dual EK Coolstream PE 240mm Radiators? I rather just get the 360mm as my 240mm is scratched up any ideas?

you'll want at least a 360 radiator. I'd get one and use it WITH your 240.

I'm using a Corsair Carbide Series Air 540 i could use a 360 with a 240 but ill be leaving a fan off as it wouldn't be able to fit, Would a 360 by its self be fine?

I was using the 240 in a ITX Build and it cooled my 4770k and 780TI fine i never OC the video card only the CPU.

Is there any order i should be setting the loop up in or doesn't it mater?

your rads aren't double thick right?

Since your rads arent double thick (60mm thick) you should haven o issues running a 240 and 360 in that case with all fans. Since you already have the 240, might as well use it too.

Loop order doesnt matter other than pump needs to be after the reservoir. I tend to focus on a loop order that allows short and more direct tubing routes so something like this might work. Put the 360 at the front of the case and 240 at the top.

Reservoir > pump > 240 > CPU > GPU > 360 > reservoir
