Which screen scaling should I use if my screen is 2560 x 1600 16:10 16 inches

I got my new laptop. It's a Lenovo Ideapad 5i Pro 16. It came with the default 150% screen scaling. I don't if this is the most optimum scaling config for this laptop.
Any recommendations?

Optimum for what? Your eyes? Performance? Reading text? A specific program?

I go for what looks (and feels) best for my eyes based on how I use my computer.

With PPI of ~190, you would need around 200% scaling, honestly I don't get why Laptop OEM put such high res screen on Laptop
