Which Webcam?

Looking for some advice........a reasonable quality webcam, small so it can be mounted pointing downwards, able to focus down to 30cm distance, manual or auto focus, zoom capability so it can deal with pages of different widths (or at least cope with the width of A4), usb connection, price £50 or less. I know nothing about webcams, so any suggestions / comments would be welcome. Thanks. Regards.

C270 would probably fit in that budget.
If it will do what you want it too is another question, since its not very obvious. But do remember, webcams are still webcams. Your average smartphone will have a camera lightyears better than any webcam. In fact, you can use your smartphone as a webcam with an app of your choice which for most people, will do more than fine. Unless you need it for hours on end frequently.
