Why does a red screen appear when pressing F1 after updating the BIOS?

I updated the BIOS of my ASUS PRIME H610M-K D4 motherboard from version 3403 to version 3601. Before this, I had installed the latest version of the ME Update Tool, although I'm not sure if the latest version was already installed. I had updated the BIOS a few times before, so I know how the BIOS update process works. After updating the BIOS, the computer started up, and after the boot, I pressed F1 when the warning appeared. I don't remember what I pressed the last time I updated the BIOS, but I pressed F1, and the screen turned red without any text. After that, the screen turned black without any text. Then, I turned off the computer from the case and restarted it, and there was no issue. The BIOS was updated, XMP was disabled, and I enabled it. From the System Information section in Windows, the BIOS version shows 3601, so it was updated.

It might be a SecureBoot toggle. My Surface does that at startup when I have it ready to boot another device.
