Hello there!

Yesterday I bought a new PC (custom made) and booted it up and started downloading the usual stuff, drivers, video games and everything I needed. All of my components are new, they're not used, even though the graphics card was bought on craiglist (the guy just tested it to see if it works). But after a while this started to appear.

I already reinstalled the drivers and I didn't see it for a while, but it happened again. Does anyone what could this be? I can post DxDiag if necessary.

Thank you!

Might be a game only glitch. Does this happen on other games ?

That looks like darksiders.

So not all components are new and you are having a problem with a used graphic card...

Happens everywhere, but not often and it's usually fixed by restarting the thing that is opened. For example it was happening on the windows explorer and when when I tabbed back to WoW (the game in the screenshot) it wasn't there. But when I tabbed out again it was on the explorer.

I would return the card and get my money back.
Save up for a new card.

Yea my bad, I mean he only used when he tested how it works but in that sense it was used. Or he screwed me over. The graphic card performs wonderfully, I'm getting good FPS in games.

Make sure your GPU isn't overclocked. I think the card might be faulty. Try to restore the card to factory (stock) settings and see. What card is it anyway? Post your complete system specs in your profile.

Well, if I recall correctly, if those cubes were permanent, it would be due to bad pipelines.
Try to lower the resolution just 1step (or increase it)

See if the issue also pops up on a slighty different place.
If it does, it is most likely a hardware fault. If it doesn´t then it could be software related.

Are these glitches appearing all over your screen? Or on some fixed locations?
Try also some level1 troubleshooting like changing out all cables with others.
Also your screencable. Because I have the impression your took a photo of your screen instead of capturing it by software (printscreen)

Take out all components you dont need (only 1 RAM, no DVD, 1 disk, etc)

Doesnt the i4460 have its own GPU?
Try running your system through that (remove the GPU) and see if the issue pops up

oh jesus, not another failed 280x....

so many threads on the forums about those. You may well need to replace the card.
