Will it happen as title says and should i upgrade to 5800x3d ? I notice in some games gpu isnt hitting %100, hovering around %70-80 while cpu is %60-%70.

Do you have vsync off during these "tests?"

What game or benchmark are you testing with? What resolutions and FPS do you play at? They're all very different in how they load the GPU and CPU so you may CPU bottleneck in a few games but be mostly GPU constrained in most games.

I use a 5600 with a 6800XT and it's CPU bottlenecked in the occasional game or location in a game but I'm playing at 1440p 144Hz so those occurrences are not common. If you're playing at 1440p I wouldn't change a thing. If you're playing at 1080p, then yeah you might be CPU bottlenecked in some games.
