The NF4SLi-A9 provides 4 DIMM sockets using Dual Channel 184-pin DDR with a total capacity of up to 4GB. You can install DDR 333/400MHz Memory.

Thats what it says right on the link you gave..Id look for another board i'm sure you can find one that supports DDR500 for less!!

does amd board supports ddr500?

you people are dumb.

you overclock your memory to get it to run that fast. as long as the motherboard can do 250fsb, and your processor could handle running at 2.5 Ghz, then yes, it will be fine.

id go for the Patriot XBLK 1gb kit. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820220033

only because thats what i have, and itll take anything. i took my RAM up to 235 MHz earlier today at 1.5-3-2-5 timings. confusing, but it worked. itll do up to 225 at 1.5-2-2-5 timings. DDR600 is easy. 2.5-4-4-8 timings, 2.7vdimm. no problem.

great stuff.
