I installed version 1809 of Windows 10 the 23th of November when I upgraded to a bigger NVME drive but now I am having problems with the Photo app and the Timline function.
I been trying to fix a couple of things but nothing I found seems to work and I don't want to create a new profile just to satisfy MS for not fixing these problems already which is annoying and yes I am always using a offline account I never want to tie my Windows to an account at Microsoft...
1. The built-in photo app now can only show the image I choose to open the arrows for forward and backwards doesn't show automaticly anymore and this is a known problem apparently searching around and a temperary fix is to mark all the images you want to open with your mouse pointer or CTRL+A and right click and choose open.

I forgot to say that reset the app and reinstalling it doens't fix this problem the only thing reset is during is going back to windowed mode.
2. The new Timeline in Task view suddenly only shows a single day and that's the view of today this worked great until last week where it suddenly broke and checking under Settings-->Privacy-->Activity history how it should be tagged "Store my activity history on this device" like so:
I am updating Windows 10 so currently it's version 1809 (OS Build 17763.194) I am not sure if this is the dumpest thing to keep being up-to-date?
I have to say I have not replaced the original starts menu or anything because this time around I actually like to use it so if anyone have a day to fix these 2 issues of mine I will be really greatful because why is it that the only fix so far seem to be creating a new profile and move over because Microsoft cannot do their job properly?
