Okay, so, I have multiple systems that have windows 10 installed.

Now my main system, the one that I'm on at this moment, uses a password for security purposes.

When I install windows 10 on another system and try to use my account for store items, I end up needed to use my personal system password!

Is there a way that one can use your main account on other systems without using the password?

I would be okay with using the "pin" that one can set up but I don't even know how to go about that once its on the main account?

Jeez, any help would be very much appreciated in this matter! :respect:

Using login credentials is best practice, and is going to be more and more among the norms. You can bypass needing a password if you're NOT using a Microsoft account. But if you are, that's an online linked account...wouldn't make any sense to be able to automatically login to a sync'd account without credentials would it?

If you're using local accounts or non-domain accounts, you don't need to have a password to login. See link above, you'll be able to make the changes you need by following that, in a few minutes your frustrations will be gone. :toast:

Totally spaced out the "account login options" tab in the settings.

That took care of what I wanted. I can set up a PIN on the HTPC systems and the crunchers but still have my main password on my system. That is what I was looking for.

Thanks @Kursah for jogging my memory man!!!!! :respect:

I had forgot how that was done to be honest. :p

Glad you're sorted!! :toast:
