Windows 7 SSD Optimization Question

what is there in Windows 7 i should disable and should leave on?

i have look at this guide: Windows 7 - Ultimate SSD Speed Tweaks (mydellmini.com)

but i dunno, i hope one with SSD will help so i pick the right things to disable and leave enable ^^

To be honest, nothing should be changed.
Windows 7 will work well with SSD, without any 'tweaks'.
All "tweak" guides are overzealous in changes. Just leave it be. There are downsides to doing all those things they suggest.
