Oh boy. I need help!

A few days ago i messed around with the security settings at my local hard driver partition D & E. Did some stupid things that i had no idea how to undo, long story short this happened

Searched the internet found some solutions. Nothing worked. Formatted partition C,reinstalled windows. The clever thinking behind this move was..."well fresh windows, brand new default settings, all goes back to normal".
That was a fail. Still could not access my partitions after fresh reinstall. But i don't give up easy, mind you. I switched to the administrator account. And boom! The partitions were accessible ,everything was well.
Started installing my programs etc. all was well. Until a hour ago. I tried to access the weather app,the store app,and basically everything else int he metro screen . And i got this.....

But i'm a professional....i know how to use google. After a few fails i ended up at this fine gentlemen website.

So i enabled this.

I restarted computer, now i can use windows app's. But can no longer see my partitions.....again!

I did tick the :replace all child ...". Did not work.
So how do i get my partitions back and still be able to access my windows app's from administrator account ?

Seriously , i don't think anybody else will ever mess up like me. So....since i can call this thread closed. If any administrator here wants to delete this thread it's absolutely fin by me.

glad you found the solution to your problem
before and if a mod closes the thread would you like to explain the solution so on the off chance others suffer the same or similar problem can benifit from your new knowledge.

I have deleted every single user capable of accessing the partition. Authenticated user , Backup Operators, local users etc. I was just left with the SYSTEM
The windows automatically created the "Administrator" account and even if this had full control, the partition said "unknown owner". All you had to do was to add one. And so i did, the Administrator (witch was i),but it was not enough.
I got hang up on the ticking of the box with the "replace all child object" mostly because on the net all you find is this solution. Thick that and everything comes back to normal. It works in all those tutorials you can find on youtube etc... did not work for me.
Solution was simple. Create back all those users. The local one , and the Authenticated user ,give them full control as well (or don't it's completely up to you) and there you go, i could now access the partition again.

The funny part, was that i formatted the C drive and fresh installed a new windows . There for any setting that was....had gone away. But ti did't ??! Some how even after the format the setting was still there. Strange. You see for noobs like me, it's much more easy to format and reinstall then figure out. And if that does not work, we are forced to do a lot of research in order to fix the problem we avoided fixing in the first place .

we'll leave the thread up in case it helps someone, although i have no idea what you broke, how you broke it, or why that fixed it.

Thank you @Mussels I feel the same.
