Any tips for this course?
 
Dont take it. 2016 exams are right around the corner and if you need to take server tests do 2012, its far more useful and connects in with what iv seen from TP 2016 so far.

Thing is my course of learning in the Navy we have covered 640, 642 (we are not taking the certs as per Navy COOL not supporting those certs). Planning on taking the certs for these courses after my training.

in that case I would study study hard the server exams are difficult, you will be hit hard with powershell and active directory.

Shit, from what I have heard there are issues with Microsoft including questions which aren't covered in the textbooks that are made for the certs.

that is very true, my latest exam asked me questions about microsoft intune and I have never used it in my life. However if you know the work flow of AD and PS than you can usually answer the random questions correctly by basing the answer off of procedure and process alone.

like you cant deploy a mobile app unless you download it into the management software first. kind of stuff. Microsoft is very good at hanging you up on the wording as well Make sure you read carefully.
