I found this, basically you can download all the .msi files for all the windows updates. I have grabbed all the win 7 ones and shoehorned them into my own disc, so when it installs it installs all the currant updates too. It is very useful imo.

It was a nice find, very useful for offline installs of win 7. All the updates for win 7 are about 350MB.

I actually used that guide and RT 7 lite to do mine.
