Hello there , at this moment the US Postal service it's not shipping to many International mailing countrys due to covid19 , sorry i cannot ship to Sweden at this moment due to no availability of USPS service to your country due to covid19. Conformal coating its something we use to protect the video cards while at sub-sero temperatures , it's like a clear coat paint ( similar to nail polish but thicker ) kneader eraser it is some type of eraser that can be molded and apply to any piece of hardware to protect it from condensation while at sub sero temps , ( it is like playdoo ).
