X8xx or 7300GT (GDDR3)???

Hey guys i need some help on GPUs, as the title states which GPU should I get? I have a relatively low budget and its for a gaming rig which is supposed to have a conroe installed.
Should i buy the X8xx and voltmod/unlock it or buy the GDDR3 Version of the 7300GT?

id go with the x800 256bit address 12 pixel shaders but only has shader model 2 and decent clocks over the 7300GT with 128bit address and 8 pixel shaders and has shader model 3 butnot sure if that will make much of a difference
