How can anyone help you when you have given no useful information whatsoever?
Fill in your system specs, and then post what is happening or not happeneing when you try to get the device to function.

I want to use it on a notebook toshiba satellite with 1gb ram, intel centrino 1.8ghz, OS win vista home premium 32bit.
when i plugged it to pc via USB2.0 it told me it could not find the driver...so i did the hardware the hardware installation...but now it tells me that this usb device isn't supported.

What model is your notebook?
Are there new USB drivers available from Toshiba's website?
It may be a simple update to the USB drivers for your laptop.
