So, I guess I'm a little overwhelmed by all this.
Last time I overclocked video cards, it was an X800gto that I turned into an X850 by unlocking the quad and using ATITool to overclock.
Basically, started with AMD Overdrive using CCC 10.12. Obviously I wasn't happy to see the clocks limited to 775/1125, and no ability to adjust the voltage. I then started reading up on RBE, which brings me here.
Is this all I need to do?:
1. change the gpu/mem clock in 00 to what I want
2. change mem clock in 04 and 05 to match mem clock in 00
3. save
4. flash
5. test
Honestly, I'm not finding the tutorial or FAQ to be all that helpful, (it's very late for me so I am tired).
Is there no way, other than a volt mod, to change the voltages on my card?
I plan to use winflash since I have an integrated vid card if flashing goes bad, but would like to get some solid advice first anyway.
Thanx for the help
