First off if you are just flashing "because", I say dont bother.....why are you looking to flash it in the first place?

Let me get this right ...you heard a whisling comming from the 8800?

Ya sneekypeet u get it right but the strange sound stops when windows load fully. I am using the card for more than 6month with no problem other then this strange sound.

so it whisles at startup then goes away....If I remember there was something about the power coils whining on the 8800's....not my area of expertice...but I really dont think a BIOS flash will rectify the issue.

i just check there is no power coils whining on the card. If u could answer my first question it will be great.

To answer the first question...yes they should all be the same...speeds and ram size and type as well. Unless you know the card can run with the different clocks already I wouldnt try it due to stability issues....have you looked in TPU's bios download section?

GeForce doesn't have their website, infact, it is just the name of the graphics chipset. Most companies doesn't provide bios on their web site, but TPU has got a collection of bios'es from users in its database. If you can dump the bios via GPU-Z and attach here, i can help you get the bios for the same board.

Those BIOSes aren't BIOS updates, that is just a collection of BIOSes us TPUers sumbitted. For example if you wanted to flash your regular old XFX card to an XXX edition. It's not like a motherboard BIOS update.
