I have a XFX Radeon 4650 that I bricked and now it wont show up on Device manager and when I tried to reflash it using DOS and atiflash it said adapter not found. I wanted to try the eeprom method and wanted to know if thats valid for this card.

did you brick it by flashing? or was it already bricked?
4650s have difficulty in flashing. i could never flash a modified bios onto my XFX 4650 other than the original BIOS.
make sure you are usingthe original BIOS that you saved from GPU-Z
