I can make a great deal on this card to go along with my other components (Asus cm1730 m\b, Antec df-30, Corsair 550 modular PSU, 64 bit 1065 6 core CPU, 8 gig ddr 3 - 1333, 1TB hd sata 7200, windows 7 home premium, LG DL DVD-RW). But -- what PSU hookups will I need ?? 6 or 8 (6+2) pin ?? Since I'm not a gamer, will this card be decent for a youtube video every now and then, and dvd movies for time to time. Using my 47 inch Samsung TV as a monitor, and my 1000 watt 5.1 Samsung surround sound system for audio, since it has a blue ray player . Better suggestions from anyone ?? I can buy this card brand new for $50.

A few things:

1) Wow, was that a wtf statement. A bit of thought before writing would get you better answers.
2) What do you actually want? Perhaps the thread should be "Advice on a new graphics card purchase"?
3) Are these potential system specs., or current system specs.? If the former, you're likely in the right forum segment. If the later you'll need to switch this thread to system builder advice.

To answer your questions:
1) No additional power needed. The card is single slot, and lower performance.
2) TV size /= resolution. I would assume that your TV/monitor is 1920x1080.
3) This card should do flash video. Do not expect a great deal more.
4) This card is adequate for blu-ray. I am not sure if it could do 3D blu-ray though.

that card will work fine for your movies and videos.

It doesn't require any 6 or 8 pin power hook ups. It get's all it's power though the PCI-express slot
