XFX RX 470 8GB

So,i buyed a gpu,from a shop,that sells sh and new pc parts,the sticker on the it is RX-470P85 VC.0.
but i googled it about this gpu,and xfx don t make 8gb version of this gpu,i know this gpu it was used for mining,fans are working,no blackscreen or something like this.My problem its,i searched about my configuration and benchmarks.In CSGO for example,the guy he was having like 150 fps all settings max out,it wasn t competitive or casual,i think it was in a match with bots,but i m only getting like 90-150 fps on lowest setting,this its just an example.In Metro Exodus or something like this,i m getting good fps,like settings maxed out,60 fps if i remember good.I saw in gta online,very low,like 40-50 fps in city and 60+ out the city,with maxed settings,same fps,but gpu usage its bigger.Its something wrong with my gpu?(Also vram usage goes to 7.8-7.9 gb,so its not a 4gb version with 8gb sticker and modified bios)

SPECS:
CPU : I5 2400 (Deepcool gammax 200t cooler)
GPU : RX 470 8GB
RAM : 4x2 GB hyperx blu 1333(mobo can t use more than 1333 -_-)
MOBO : Intel dq67sw
HDD : Segate barracuda 500gb 7200rpm
SSD : kingston a400 120gb
CASE : segotep wider x1
 
CPU is slower than the system the card came from will make fps lower.
GPUz will tell you everything about the card.
 
I know,but i get lower fps than youtube videos shows,same configuration,same settings,in csgo i saw the most difference..

What Temps are you getting as that Cooler you have is junk with only 2 copper pipes. I'd guess that when gaming your CPU is throttling from temps.
 
My CPU it is staying under 65C,gpu also under 70C.My cpu and gpu has custom fan curve,agressive ones,not silent ones :/.And for you knowledge,i monitorize my temps,core clocks,usages,so its not throttling :)

I don t need water cooling,Mr.Rich man to cool my cpu,so next time,look at you,junk brain.

i don t know why,after a fresh installed windows i get 140+ fps,on csgo,when i post this thread,i was using like now,fresh installed windows,same driver,same fan curve,but now i saw something,my core clock are way higher,like always(in games) 1226 mhz core clock,before installing again windiws my gpu was like 600-800 mhz core clock.
 
That is a legitimate sticker on the card
 
That sticker with 2019 dbs 1 2 3 etc... was put by the seller if i remember good,i have 12 months warranty,but if i destroy the sticker,i can say bye bye to warranty,but i really want to change thermal paste..
P.S : I think,my gpu was used at mining,it have bios switch,1 normal when i can install drivers normaly,and one that have core clock higher,power limit higher,memory clock higher,but i can t install normal drivers without errors,i need to use atikmdag.But again,fans don t have a problem,gpu itself no problem,like artifacts,black screen,etc.
It was a good deal for this gpu?I paid like 80e for this,now my gpu was back to normal,normal fps in csgo,lol,etc.I think it was windows error or something like this.

Ok well lets get gpu-z info from normal bios-screenshot and the screenshot from the abnormal bios

I can t boot on mining bios,i f**ked it trying to flash bios,lucky i have a bios switch.

Chill out

Boot up on normal bios, flip switch to non working bios to get gpu-z info.
