Well i was also refering to the kinds of people that dont know anything about them but want warrenties and cusomer support along with the build. I have built many in my time, but you run into those people that are better off buying one from dell and gateway, etc..

and I can tell ya I worked in a call center supporting dell's and man it's just sad sometimes. I couldn't remember how many times I got yelled at when working on XPS systems by people when they broke them because they expected me to just give them a brand new one. Sigh...I no longer work at that company.

dell makes some pretty highquality laptops, so don't bash them so hard. i'd gladly take an xps laptop, if i had money and the use for one ;-)

oh man don't get me started on desktops they are so friggin underpowered its not even funny. and the PSU's they get em from are like not even good except for maybe the delta's and that is it. only good desktop is actually the optiplex and thats about it.
