Decent fans + fan controller? help!

Right I need some serious recommendations on some decent fans and a fan controller*

The fans need to have decent CFM whilst maintaining a low decibel rating, as two will be used on my radiator to replace these unbearable yate loons (noisy as hell, not air noise its a rumbling noise, I assume they are both knackered) and 4 others to be used inside my case.

So far its a toss up between these fans

As for the fan controller, at this point Im open to any suggestions!

Thanks!

*However if better fans at a higher decibel rating are found, then i also need recommendations on a decent fan controller - must be black, and have more than 4 fan connectors

Wow, how expensive is that fan controller?!

I have found this one on ebuyer - not the prettiest / most well known, but im buying it anyway.

Im going to get those XLF's I think, just 2 at the minute, then get another 4 down the line.

i have that fan controller and it's awesome (esp. for the price). It's basically a rip of off the Sunbeam Rheobus Extreme but 1/4 of it's price :p

It's LEDs are extremely bright though!

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/149248 These fans seem OK, they're silent at 19db but only 50CFM.

If you are buying fans, this is worth a look:

file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Wayne/Desktop/Bits%20etc/fan%20review%20links.htm

Saying which, I've seen some very experienced builders using the Xigs, so they can't be all that bad.

Otherwise on a budget the Zalmans are good buys.

I would strongly recommend not buying stuff from cclonline.com, had major problems, tried to get a refund after about 3 days of arrival (hadn't even used them) and they refused to receive them back and give me a different pair. More like - didn't care not refused.
