Negative Nancys who don't even own the game should GTFO of the thread if they are just going to post sensationalistic crap that serves no good purpose.

BF4 has many issues as it stands today but rampant, game-ruining cheating is not one of them. Neither was it in BF3. Note I said rampant. And anyone who bought the game plus Premium up front for full price is either rich or...well you can complete that thought for yourself.

AKU-12 carbine is super good. It has almost ZERO spread full auto medium range. Its my new go to carbine

I bought the game+premium up front but i didnt pay full RRP for it.

Though for arguments sake DICE always wanted premium to be some special club for dedicated BF fans but all we seem to get are shitty camos or weapon upgrades we will never use from battlepacks. Its not as great as they make it out to be. Theres really nothing special about it.

Reflex, Ergo Grip and thats it. I don't care for the lasers or flash lights. I kind of think it works against you.
Makes you easier to spot. I may try the heavy barrel when I unlock it. It does pretty well with out it though.

Well it's worth it for all the DLCs of course and there are some odds and ends perk-wise which are nice but paying that much for a game preorder just sends the wrong message to publishers. It's like blood in the water to those suits at EA. To say nothing of the general shape the game is in at present. Anyway I will probably buy it but on sale. Same as I did the base game, for the record.

I want my fully auto M4 back. Was so much better in close qtrs. Now I always forget to just keep tapping the mouse, and shoot like one burst, and then get destroyed.

So played a bit before work on Xbox, joining my friend in a game. He called me after the match and continued to gush about how much likes Battlefield.

Soon, all of my CoD playing buddies should be BF converts. Muahahahahahaha

Edit:

My views on the XB1 version of the game are largely positive. The game looks great, plays well and is complete as opposed to the 360 version of BF3 which was noticibly inferior to the PC version.

I've had a few crashes on the console, but nothing too major, not like the PC version. I'd prefer to play on PC though, but if my friends convert on Xbox I'll likely end up playing it there. I haven't bought Premium for either version yet though.

Wow, I did not know how long obliteration matches could take.

I just got off of one that took almost 97 minutes. I ranked up once, unlocked two weapons, got a bunch of attachments, and 73 ribbons.

I guess you could call obliteration a "farming" mode.

That is one of my biggest problems. Instead of tap shooting I unload clips. Really Really trying to stop that crap. It makes such a huge difference.
With these smaller caliber guns I notice if you burst around 5 rounds the next time you shoot you kill them. Just getting in the habit of doing it is
the biggest problem with me. The test range can really show you where you fuck up too. You can learn leading pretty well there too. I've tried the
the flying, but I still totally suck.

Yeah I ain't changing either. I just went SSD and I ain't staring all over again for 3 or 4 FPS. Mine runs fine at Ultra. The game looks good and the only prob is bugs.
Plus I hate that fucking OS ! Maybe it is better now like when vista improved, but not enough 4 me !

Well I am liking 8.1 a lot so far and still haven't crashed since the move over plus it def does run "faster". Even Metro is kinda cool imo just cause it's something new to play with and look at. It looks great on my nice display too. Start8 is a definite necessity though.

Yeah can only unload magazines with real success in very close quarters while hip firing with a laser sight on a PDW or carbine. In those situations and with that loadout simply spraying is exactly what you should be doing. Any other time, nope...

97 minutes for an Obliteration match?! Wow, that's an insanely long time. The server I was on last night had a 30 minute match timer for Obliteration, so I'm guessing it's server specific.

I'm having loads of fun playing. I've had a couple of crashes, but nowhere near the amount that I experienced the first two weeks after launch. I have to say, playing Rush mode on Operation Locker is really intense. I generally dislike playing that map, but it's PERFECT for Rush.

Yeah I ended up having the Admins kill me to get me out of the AA. Which honestly was the most un-sportsmen thing I've seen on a server in a LONG time. I knocked out 14 air vehicles that round and MAN they were butt hurt about it.

Erocker, Gunny and MT Alex and I owned that round. The trash talking to the other team was epic too. They were SO PISSED at me. Erocker and Gunny rubbing it in via chat box even made it worse. I was so proud of them. It was Trolltacular!
