Hi everybody! Please help with my new 2014 build and critique and/or provide your opinion. :)

CPU: i7 4770k
MOBO: Asus X79 Deluxe
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengance Pro 1866MHz
VGA: 2x GTX 780 Ti's
HDD: 240 GB Samsung 840 with 1TB WD Black
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower 850W
CASE: Enermax Fulmo GT
MONITORS: 2x Asus 144Hz 24" 1080p

That's the core of the build, I'll be recycling my G510 keyboard and Dark Glider mouse, also my Corsair 1500 headset.

Please help critique as you would see fit. :D

wrong CPU, chose 3820, 3960K, 3960X, 4820K, 4830K, 4960X. OR choose SKT 1150 motherboard.

850W PSU is not large enough.

VGA = 265W (TDP Limit via BIOS, voltage, etc doesn't matter, is hard-locked on Ti, all you can do is go that 6% over the 250W BIOS lock, giving 265W, also locked in BIOS) x2 VGAs = 510W.
CPU = 130W stock, avg 200W OC = 710W total.

Add in 35-50w for board/ram plus colling and then drives, and 850W is not enough. Just dealt with this myself, so don't go down that road, get 1000W or greater.

Why not wait for the X99 motherboards to come out at the end of the year. Your current PC seems to be still great why change it?
CPU: i7 4770k -------------->socket 1150
MOBO: Asus X79 Deluxe -->socket 2011
Maybe choose the i7 3940K or the newer 4930K no need to spend a 1.000$ on a extreme chip

I know this ins't exactly on topic, but I have almost identical system as yours. I am waiting for x99 myself. I can tell you the 780ti was a big upgrade from a 7970. So get your 2 780ti's and try to hold out until x99. OR get 1 780ti now an another in a few month switch to x99. I think waiting for the x99 is the best thing to wait for because the step from i7 9xx @ 4.4Ghz to a newer 4930 isn't going to be as worth it. Plus DDR4 on x99.

DDR4 is still a little ways away before making its way into the consumer market. Even when it does come out, memory bandwidth isn't a shortcoming with the 2011 CPUs. Unless the CPU cores or the PCI-E lanes benefit you, 1150 is the way to go. If you were to go 2011, I would go IVB-E just because of the reduced power consumption. My 3820 can eat a lot of power.

I'm thinking along the same lines, 3 phases:

Phase 1: New video cards and 1 monitor

Phase 2: New cpu/mobo

Phase 3: 1 more monitor, a 2nd 780 ti, and upgrade to a 1kW psu

Whats the timing on X99? Q314?

Everything I have read is saying q3 14. The ddr4 is still unknown, but I know that several companies already have them in place.

The other cool thing is the Haswell cpus that will initially be released are all the performance ones X and K. Also they are supposed to be DDR4 ready with x99 chipset.

To me it seems pointless to invest that much cash in x79 when it will be replaced in a few months. I know I would feel buyers remorse.

Meh. If you are buying now, it's not like X79 costs more overall, and offers better PCIe connectivity if you need it. 4820k + entry-X79 is good option for multi-GPU instead of 4770K and board. Intel didn't price these in the same segment by mistake.. they offer the same.

Buying a chip with an iGPU built-in, when as an enthusiast you'll never use it, would make me just as remorseful, if I got a chip that overclocked poorly.

two monitors - with the split in the middle, won't that be bad for gaming?

I think if he is going with a x79 it probably isn't for gaming but rendering or editing. For gaming a 1150 would be more than enough.
