RT High according to those specs for me. I was a beta tester on the original game. it is my favorite RTS franchise. Hope the game is as good.

I usually like to get fans that are ion the line of 60CFM at least, but I live in Puerto Rico, which is usually quite hot. So gotta sacrifice some noise for cooling performance here. I like these ones from Newegg, because they are quite balanced on performance, budget and aesthetics.

Do you have both AMD and Nvidia cards on your PC?

I skipped most comments so I apologize if I repeat. Check Task Manager to see if there is something rogue consuming resources. Check RAM. Perhaps a re-paste of GPU and CPU. Hope you can solve it. Cheers!
