I am thinking of a Liquid Cooled mini-itx HTPC build for overclocking. I want some feedback on what you all think.

Case: Antec ISK300-150
PSU: Athena Power AP-MFATX40 400W 80 PLUS BRONZE
Motherboard: ASRock A75M-ITX FM1 AMD A75
CPU: AMD A8-3870K Unlocked Llano 3.0GHz Socket FM1
GPU: PowerColor HD6750 1GB GDDR5 LOW PROFILE
Hard Drive: 1-2 TB
Optical Drive: Slim Blu-Ray
RAM: PNY XLR8 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) "MAYBE"

Cooling:
Pump / Reservoir: XSPC X20 450 Acrylic Pump / Reservoir Combo - Small Profile
Tubing: 1/4" x 3/4"
Radiator: XSPC RX240 Dual 120mm Radiator on the outside
CPU Block: XSPC RayStorm AMD

I am thinking not to use the dual 80mm RAD because what I read about it. So I thinking of a 140mm or 180mm RAD mounted on the outside bottom/right side.

I have updated to my close to final hardware list.
The RAD will be XSPC RX240 Dual 120mm Radiator and it going to be external probably with legs. The RAD will have 4x XSPC 120mm 1200RPM Low Noise Fan.
