Ok i just recently build me a PC with old components but im stuck.

Right after POST i get a message that says "BIOS IS NOT INSTALLED"

Well i followed the online instructions at: http://support.asus.com/technicaldocuments/technicaldocuments.aspx?root=198&SLanguage=en-us

when i try rebooting from the floppy drive, for some reason i cant load MS-DOS, it tells me to remove media and press any key to continue.

i could use some help, as i have exhausted my options.

In your bios option you need to change the boot device to removable.

Well i just tried an External DVD-RW Drive and it worked, apparently my internal DVD-RW drive is bad i think, but it doesnt make any sense, it turns on and it shows as a working Drive under POST.

I have my IDE Drive set as Primary Master and the Internal DVD-RW set to Primary Slave, does this make any sense at all ?
