Unless that wasnt your kid who spilt shit over your pc in that case go shake his dad down for loose change. :pimp::pimp:

It was me, and all of my loose change and then some was shaken out because of that

Wow another reason I'm glad no kids for me! :p

(Sorry Kurgan hehe)

Lol, yeah thats why when I see people crying about Steam and it's downfalls, I laugh. Now that my kids 5 it's getting better, but when he was 2 - 3 keeping and DVD/CD safe from scratches was nigh impossible. Having digital games was the only way to go. I'm just sad he didn't do it a bit closer to tax season, then I could have gone all in on something crazy, where as now I been waiting a few months and will probably get a 280 vs a 290 that I would want.

Im not chav btw - just so you yanks know. I quite well spoken compared to those degenerates

Tiger mom! (Not sure if left out the "am" on purpose lol)

I am gonna try to get up at like 5AM tomorrow...not sure it will actually happen though haha

Also isn't in-game VOIP supposed to work now so maybe TS not needed? I didn't claim it still wouldn't be used, of course...

MP1st - New Battlefeild 4 footage shows off flood zone map and more muliplayeraction.

Watch DICE multiplayer designer Thomas Andersson flood an entire map in Battlefield 4 as he shows off more aspects of “Levolution”, a concept which the game’s entire multiplayer will heavily revolve around.

Matt Cuttle of FTW once again sits down with Battlefield developers at DICE to talk multiplayer, this time with a specific focus on the design of the new Battlefield 4 multiplayer map, Flood Zone. You might recognize it from recent Battlefield 4 multiplayer trailers showing off a destroyed dam holding water that floods an entire map.

You’ll get to see it in action in this video presentation below. You can also catch some brand new multiplayer footage near the end, so stay tuned.

[yt]?v=UXK_AJjyXr0[/yt]

Be sure to check out Battlefield 4′s entire multiplayer map list right here and don’t forget to participate in the beta starting tomorrow for early access invitees, October 4 for the public.

lolol

Kurgan you shoulda bought a gun safe for your DVDs and what not...or at least installed a high shelf!

Yeah...looks cool. As for beta map, should be a lot of easy kills of people dicking around looking to blow the skyscraper supports, at least at first. :D

Wait, by3 premium members get beta access now too, right?

Downloaded last night. I haven't purchased BF4 yet, but because of owning BF3 Premium it was listed in my games section in Origin.

As has been pointed out before Origin's reported speeds can't be what you are actually pulling in from the internet. Some guy on Reddit is like "I'm getting 15MB that's way more than I pay for!".

Do you ever see 7 or 8/sec in Steam or BT or anything?

Seriously EA...preordering a game for early beta is one thing, but paying an extra $10 now too?

I'll let you guys be the $70 guinea pigs.

LOL RIGHT the games download at insane MBs/sec but my client is grabbing a 52MB update at like 250KB/sec while I wait to play BF3.

Glad I ended up doing this now though I guess.

Hey guys/gals check it out. I'm out of town for work a couple days, around every 3 weeks.. So, I bought this to play BF4 when I'm out of town... hehehe What do you all think? It will be here tomorrow.. I've not owned an ASUS laptop before, but I've bought them for other people and from what I've used of them they are pretty solid. I'll update more tomorrow. I've been playing BF3 on my simi new A6 laptop.. well new to me. I like it and I'm really surprised at how will it handles games as a mobile APU. With everything low I get 28 - 40fps avg 30-32 fps.

EDIT: I'm out of town right now, but I plan to have a "BF4 Beta Config Utility" tomorrow or the day after if nothing goes wrong. :toast:

I'm not trying to troll. It's just more of a sigh @ the $120 price tag for the "full" BF4 experience, with the digital deluxe edition and premium membership. I had it in my head that today was the beta for BF4 and didn't realize there's an exclusive beta and a later open beta. So, that's good and bad I suppose.

Why would one buy the digital deluxe version with premium when the regular version and premium has all the content?
