best gtx 260 drivers?

i need help finding the best gtx260 drivers all the new drivers feel like they are more for the newer cards if there is another post for this im sorry i cant find it and help would be nice :respect:

ok i tryed 196.21 and i dont see anywhere to unlink the shadercore/ their is no shader core to oc so im gonna have to try diff ones.

TBH the latest WHQL drivers out a couple of days ago (read here) have bug fixes and an improved control panel, even if they don't focus on 2-series speed improvements. With NVidia moved on from on the 2-series now, they just bundle their best driver for the series in the installer package; probably the same for the last 4 or so versions. So just get the latest.

Until I got my GTS450 I ran 197.45 with my GTX260 and it worked quite well :toast:

260 gave my gtx295 a slight dip in vantage.
