Hi everyone!
My stepdad's laptop just bit the dust, and he's probably the most non-tech-savvy person in the world.
Which is why I am doing the research and shopping from the other side of the globe for him.
Budget: ~$250 with a possibility of a stretch to $300. Payment via PayPal.
What I'm looking for (min. req.):
- 15.6" 1366x768
- 3rd gen. Core i3, or equivalent AMD APU
- 4GB RAM
- 320-500GB HDD
- DVD-RW is a must [!]
- 802.11n and working Ethernet port
- Clean [!!!] At least no dust bunnies, beerstainosauruses and potato-chip-mites.
Basically he will use it to record and mix music, play some older games (he likes the Total War series, so nothing heavier than Shogun 2 or Napoleon:TW).
Virgin heatware under silentbogo
Thx.
