That proves (to me) that the problem is related to power (PCI-E slot and onboard audio get power from the same source). Hope that returning the motherboard soves your problem. If not, i'd check the power supply for ripple. I didn't bother to check, but is that card powered from a separate power connector like the Xonar DX?
The DSX isn’t.

Some motherboards have dedicated power line for audio. My X99A Gaming 7 has it. Check your mobo if it has anything like this. You have to plug the connector from PSU straight into motherboard (using an adapter). Though if it's coil whine on graphic card, it won't really help.

same problem exists with my old PSU.

1. According the Asus, the ALC 1150 / 1220 is equivalent to their $70 sound cards.

2. Swapping PSUs is no guarantee that both PSUs arte not the problem. If ya swap about one budget PSU for another, it's not likely to change anything. The fact that when ya resteted with the old 770 and the problem still occurs, rules out the new GFX card. In almost every coil whine issue we've had to tackle, a PSU swap eliminated the problem.

3. Complete parts list would be helpful.

4. In addition tot he PSU, I'd also be concerned about the MoBo quality.

Didn't read the whole thread so apologies if this has been covered already but I recall some issues with the Gigabyte 1080's for coil whine, OP what date is your BIOS? If my memory serves me correctly a replacement Bios was issued to solve the issue, in fact I think the gigabyte rep uploaded one in a similar thread here, only applies though if you have an earlyish BIOS.

In addition to everything PC also doesn't start properly every time. From time to time when i turn it on it starts, then after 1-2 seconds shuts down and starts again. PSU issues?

Yep. I don't see more people having issues with Gigabyte than Asus for example. Asus RMA is probably just as bad if not worse than Gigabyte.

Once waited 2 months for board RMA thru Asus (dead). When I finally got it back, audio was not working. Luckily I didn't really need it, because I built a new rig. That was a pretty bad experience. Imagine that I couldn't afford to build a new rig and had to wait. Worst RMA experience so far. I still buy and recommend Asus tho. I'm not brand loyal at all. I change brand almost every build. My top board maker is probably AsRock right now. MSI 2nd. and Gigabyte/Asus 3rd.

Mostly because AsRock and MSI have amazed me with performance/features vs price. Never tried their RMA.

some suggestions, set everything to default in the bios. try routing the cable that you are plugging into the audio jack differently. i dont know if you are using headphones or speakers but sometimes with cheaper cables you can get electrical interference. also a bad audio cable or one were the wires have rubbed threw or are starting to rub threw inside can cause this.

hope this helps.

Benchmark Scores They're pretty good, nothing crazy.
see if you can force the p0 power + a 100 FPS or a 166 FPS limit using nvidia inspector that should eliminate any coil whine.

UPDATE.

Switched motherboards with my old one. Audio issues gone. New graphics card still has coil whine. I think i just got unlucky with shitty mobo and graphics card.

I think i'm done with this PC an just returning mobo and graphics card back and getting new ones while Amazon still has 30 days return period working.

Going to switch Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 5 with Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7, just 30$ extra, but... we'll see.

Well this is interesting. My PC just randomly shuts down with Xonar DSX installed... Maybe PSU is a culprit all this time after all?
