The stats are pulled via Heatware's API, using your forum's email address.

I was able to add the "Extra tab in profile", but still searching on how to add it "Below the avatar" which seems like a logical place to put it.

Would this only work for new threads I start in the B/S/T section? Mine currently isn't showing up. (I enabled it, made sure my emails here and at heatware match up.)

The API results are cached for 1 hour

Either change your forum email or add the forum email to heatware, iirc you can have multiple emails that are linked to your account

Heatware supports multiple email accounts so you can add in your forum one.

Added it last night but I'm not getting the confirmation email (checked spam, multiple requests, and everything). The second email is a Gmail account if that makes a difference.

Can you choose the 'Resend Activation Email' option now in the screen where you added your email address? I had a bug in the code that prevented the emails from being sent properly, but should be fixed now. Thanks for pointing this out!

I was now able to get the confirmation email and successfully added a secondary email. Turned the forum option on but still haven't seen the Feature update/show up on my profile in the B/S/T. Does it take a while to pop up or is there an issue with not looking at secondary email addresses?
