So I'm all over steam looking for a game that me and a freind can play this weekend. It needs to be co op of course but also a fully designed to be played entirely co op over the web.
A couple games I'm looking at are:
L4D2 (which I'm not sure about because I'm so tired of L4D1)
Borderlands 2
BUT what we really want is a RPG fantasy style game. Something along the lines of elderscrolls (1st or 3rd person) warriors, wizards, rangers etc... but not an MMO.
We would prefer something that is not 'top down' like diablo or nwn but I am considering Diablo III.
Anyways I'm having no luck finding anything like this that is not a diablo clone.
Visually it would be nice to have a good looking up to date game but we are willing to play an older title (last 5 years) if it means getting the experience we want.
Thanks for any and all input!!
