He has replied to a few of my messages saying that he had two Vertex 60GB drives and two i5 750s and that I will get my stuff any day now. I hope he's right. Like I said earlier, I will post updates here, and also PM them to Mussels for the Dispute Resolution thread.

I'm highly doubtful on that one DD and hope that what he claims is true:shadedshu and you do get your stuff. Remember this is the same guy that received HW from us crunchers (for free) and disappeared once he received the items :rolleyes:

Him and his cousin (adcom32) I'd watch out for based on my prior experiences with them :mad:

Right, I forgot to mention that he only accepts money orders and transfers, no PayPal... go figure? If Radical bought something from him using either of those payments, he's got no protection whatsoever.

Wow! I can't beleive you guys are being very civil about this. I myself would have taken his a** to court quicker than you can say "trade". First off, I know for a FACT he has none of those items. I just couldn't get to DanishDevil quick enough to tell him not to ship. I was trying to forewarn DD, because even to myself it sounded fishy. He offered a tx750 for trade and I knew for a fact he didn't own one.

Myself and charper used to talk everyday, up til about 7 months ago. Just recently I started talking to adcom, right before he(charper) logged back into TPU.

If adcom32 and Charper2013 are the same people (I think Jr is trying to imply that) then shit just got shittier because adcom landed himself a negative Heat eval a week after he started trading. That shows a lot doesn't it?

First thing some of you need to do is contact your bank. They have many resources and work with the police regularly with such situations.

I tend to give him the benefit of the doubt. I have done business with him on multiple occasions and on some large ticket items and have yet to have an issue- this includes nearly $300 for a PS3 that I paid in advance :eek:

I think we should wait for him to clarify whats going on. My guess is that he is trading items for another person at the ABSOLUTE WORST and keeping to trades via PM since he does not have physical possession of the items. That is not against rules either, PMs are private afterall.

On top of that I just completed another cross trade with him a few days ago. I don't think there will be a problem with that transaction either.

My package to him arrived today and his package to me is currently in transit (although it is without tracking :shadedshu). Technically it should have been here today, but USPS Pri is 3-5 day service which means it can be here as late as Tuesday. Plus if he dropped it off at say a USPS in a grocery store (I have had to do that once) it can take an extra day as well.

When I was talking to him he did not seem to be acting any different than normal either- for what its worth. I really hope he comes through and explains whats going on for all of us (we can see you viewing the thread C, just post up whats going on)

OK, first sorry for the delay.. This thread made me laugh. The face that anyone is questioning what I have or dont have without knowing me is very juvenile and frankly stupid.
