The Logitech G11 is like $60. Got mine at Target. It lights up, has programmable keys, and is wired. :)

I'll take just about any basic keyboard when it comes to gaming, then again i mostly play first person shooters so keyboards don't mean that much to me.

I agree. I have the g15 v1 and it is excellent. The macros are great for MMOs and the blue lights on the keys are great for gaming at night. Although I am not sure if it is within the topic creator's budget, unless there has been a significant price drop since I purchase mine.

Logitech UltraX Premium =) Awesome to write with, as key travel is so little and doesn't miss keys in games either. For the price I highly doubt there is anything better.

Video of it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awUB_f5AHa8&fmt=18

This seems identical to mine based on the picture (missing the premium text and that might be because of different quick buttons).
edit: seems the non premium model is missing volume up/down keys.

I saw you have another thread talking about a new system build and you're strapped for cash. Take about 10 bucks out of your keyboard budget and get two matching sticks of 2x2GB DDR2 to stay compatible and then get a 20 dollar keyboard / mouse combo if you want, and the rest for a better PSU. That'd be the safest route to go, as you want a good PSU and RAM before a fancy keyboard.

Saitek Eclipse. I love mine. Backlit keys, quiet operation and durable. Cheap too.
