I think you have a good ol' dead-spot for air right where your NB is. Try a small fan right on it, or a nice big side case fan.:)

Ok, I had to remove on of my intakes to take that picture. I have a mounting box that covers over top of the first PCIe x16 slot. It houses a 120MM fan that pushes about 50CFM @ 1500RPM 26dba. Guys think I should remove the grill from it? Its just a thing wire circular grill nothing really going to obstruct airflow.

Yes, get rid of it! I think a 40mm fan will work well on it. Mount it with rubber cement (a couple dabs on the corners).

If you were looking for my opinion Jr, definitely try TIM first.

That temperature appears to be where the mofsets are. The great thing about heatpipe coolers is that if you get one part that's cooler than another, that's where the heat will go.
