Don't let it go over the max temp recommended by Intel.

that is extremely tough on this chip, even at stock with an aftermarket cooler. load temps are insane.

Stay under 60*C at all times.

70C on a G0. they can take 100C at stock before damage, and they go unstable around 75C in my opinion. Also keep in mind that 70C quad load is ok because no games will load a quad yet, so the temps are a lot lower for normal use (That said, make sure its STABLE at those temps, 24 hour burn in etc)

I don't think I worded my frustration correctly, and I think some of you may have taken it personally. I'm not frustrated with anyone here, and I really really appreciate all of the input everyone has provided!

I'm only frustrated because I didn't make the best combo decision for my 3.2 wishes and it wasn't cheap. Sorry if anyone took that the wrong way..

I'd never get frustrated any ANYONE for offering help and advice! :toast:

I'll see what happens and post my results. :)
Most of the time I just sit back and read the results...but it seems he hasn't posted back since...Seems you might have given him too much info. I found through trial and error (and research) that there is no set rules when it comes to overclocking at all!!!
Even if it's the exact same setup as another has because of the variables of the manufacturing process...just like Graphics card overclocking...
Bottom line is go with what works! :)
