The 100Y is not all that slow to be honest, yes it has a fairly big profile, will do 35km but has a decent traverse speed and for a tier 6 the 130mm is pretty good, around 200mm pen with 400-500 damage, it is well worth the price in my opinion, downside is some tier 5 guns will pen even on front.

The T46 is a T28 now. Not only the front of it makes me think of the Vickers III, but also the driving props and its, ahem, "strength". UK mediums at the same tier are much better in terms of hull and guns. It is an okay grinder though, I suppose.

Loved the T-28 with the ZiS-4. Hated it until that point, but the ZiS-4 made me love it. :p

Even went as far as mounting a GLD on it. Then I needed the crew on my T-34, so ended up selling it. Nice times though. :D

ZiS-4 is a machine gun and has good pen. T-28 is very fast tank for its size but the downside is you can easily be one shot by those howitzers which are very common in tier 4 and 5.

I just had a very close match in my SU-85 and managed to win by setting a KV-1S on fire in the end of the match. I would be totally pissed if I were him

Pearl River: Me in a Churchill III, and a Ke-Ho teammate advancing from the NW base to the SE base, through the pass in the NE (the one where you have to cross a bridge). En route, our team was being decimated elsewhere, but we encounter NO enemies even after we were capturing their base. After we crossed the bridge (i.e. where the base were initially before the changes) there was only 3 of us in the team left, and still 8 enemies alive. And of course we won LOLOLOLOLOL

Pearl River is a horrible map, either your tank distribution works, or it doesn't and one flank gets completely smashed into pieces (or left undefended).

Obviously our tank distribution worked. LOL

It was 7-6-2. 7 for the SW, 6 for the middle, then 2 (me and the Ke-Ho) lol. Theirs was 7-8, 7 along the winding small passes, 8 were either in the new features of the map (the small roads in the middle) or near the village itself along the river. It was an even fight in the passes, 7v7, the third survivor (a SAu-40) was from there.

I am playing quite well at the moment, I have finally mastered the AMX120, it's taken me a while, not sure why, I think my mistake was playing it a bit like the Lorraine which of course is a lot quicker, I have got used to going in quick, getting a couple of shots off and getting out fast without the temptation (finally) of feeling that I have to get a whole can fired which of course leads to taking hits, that 1750HP can reduce fast using those tactics!

I don't know if it's a mistake to grind a lot of mid tier tanks (6-8) but it really needs a lot of creds so I bought a T34 when it was on discount weeks ago and it's awesome :D
Currently concentrating my grind on US heavy and T-150 Soviet heavy line and both are awesome except for the M3 Lee which didn't quite work for me and had to be skipped :/

I yesterday took down a tier 6 heavy with my Matilda (t 4), it seemed pre-occupied though since it was firing in another direction at first. And of course I was taken down by two TDs very soon after (of which one was nearly brought to its knees by me from the front (with the aid of a house) while the other took me from the rear). It was on the Ruinberg map.

First time I got a 1st class badge with my Matilda! I basically turned the tide of battle too! Albeit with help from another Matilda.

1K base XP and still 2nd class ? It must be really hard to get an ace in that tank...
I really want that French heavy line but I am really short of credits.... I need dem Borsig and E75 to be discounted at SEA soon..

Had a really bad run today and decided to stop playing after some x2's done...

Yeah, I think I was only getting once of those badges each before 9.0 and it always shows up now..

KV-1S is going to be nerfed rather hard... I don't feel that good that I chose the T-150 line over it now...

They maybe accumulative awards for each tank battle. Like you got master/ace tank x amount of times and so on for the other 3 awards 1 2 3. Probably as a way of showing how good you are doing in that particular tank, for stats or whatever.
