Is the card second hand? Did the card work properly before you started flashing the vbios?

Can you run DDU to remove all graphics drivers?

After cleanup, can you download and install the latest drivers:

Instant crash or after some time (even a couple of seconds)?

The GPU-Z screenshot makes it look like the card is working from a software perspective. Have you tried power limiting and/or undervolting the card before running furmark?

Its either a broken card or a wrong bios. We need to know which brand is on the memory chips.
This can only be checked physically by removing the cooler.

Please make a decent picture of the memory chip and product label on the card, otherwise we can't help you any further.

It is good to know it is really Elpida on the graphics card.

I suggest to downgrade from a R9 380X bios to R9 380 bios. We did a forced flash from a R9 380 to R9 380X bios before ;)
  1. Download vbios from https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/210453/210453
  2. Rename file 210453.rom to R9380.rom
  3. Move or copy R9380.rom to c:\atiflash_293
  4. Open cmd line as administrator and execute the following commands:
  5. cd c:\atiflash_293
  6. amdvbflash.exe -unlockrom 0
  7. amdvbflash.exe -f -p 0 R9380.rom
  8. Reboot system

Wise to do as well and then install the latest drivers which are suitable for your card

I would say idle temperature is a little high.

Taking into account the amount of work put into this problem already that there is a chance it could be the PSU, Furmark tends to draw a fair bit more power than gaming and looking at old reviews for the 380X they can take near 300w in Furmark, on a TPU review it showed 227w max in gaming .............. @Cuz29 ............. have you tried a game rather than Furmark to test stability?
