i dont think so after starting furmark instantly restart and i get a general message Default radeon wattman settings have been restored due an unexpected system failure

The GPU-Z screenshot makes it look like the card is working from a software perspective. Have you tried power limiting and/or undervolting the card before running furmark?
yh ive tried with different software msi asus gpu tweak nothing works

Its either a broken card or a wrong bios. We need to know which brand is on the memory chips.
This can only be checked physically by removing the cooler.
Please make a decent picture of the memory chip and product label on the card, otherwise we can't help you any further.

I suggest to downgrade from a R9 380X bios to R9 380 bios. We did a forced flash from a R9 380 to R9 380X bios before

- Move or copy R9380.rom to c:\atiflash_293
- Open cmd line as administrator and execute the following commands:
- cd c:\atiflash_293
- amdvbflash.exe -unlockrom 0
- amdvbflash.exe -f -p 0 R9380.rom
- Reboot system

I would say idle temperature is a little high.
- Download vbios from https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/179471/179471
- Rename file 179471.rom to R9380X_4.rom
- Move or copy R9380X_4.rom to c:\atiflash_293
- Open cmd line as administrator and execute the following commands:

Taking into account the amount of work put into this problem already that there is a chance it could be the PSU, Furmark tends to draw a fair bit more power than gaming and looking at old reviews for the 380X they can take near 300w in Furmark, on a TPU review it showed 227w max in gaming .............. @Cuz29 ............. have you tried a game rather than Furmark to test stability?
