This is a very good deal even for an open box unit. The ASUS TOP 4850 is said to be 9% faster then regular 4850's (i guess its factory overclocked or w/e idk), but even if not other open box 4850's at newegg are going for over $20 more. Regular price on this card is $170
If you're looking for a video card or an upgrade this is a deal to consider. However be warned: of 267 user reviews at newegg, 50 of them are "poor" and another 17 "average." That's about a full 1/4 of buyers. So, you decide if its worth the risk
