help me do my first water cooling setup

i wanna cool ma cpu to try an oc it rather high, but i dnt no what im doing and what componants are good and shit, its an investment for future cpu upgrades so id like some good quality stuff thats why im askign ur advice,

Water cooling can be a lot of fun, but it also requires some thought and patience beyond what you need for a simple computer build. The benefits can be awesome if done right, but the consequences catastrophic if you are not careful. So, before you buy anything do a lot of research on installation more than components. After doing the research, you'll come to your own conclusion on whether you want a t-line or a res etc. Here is a list of the basics:

Radiator (most important component)
Pump
CPU Block
Fittings
Tubing
Fans
Distilled water or coolant
TIM (obviously)

Here is a link to an old thread. There is some good info here, but it is a little outdated, since there are some better blocks and rads available now.
