Hi guys

The version im using is office 2007.

I feel rather dumb as i remember doing this in primary school but haven't needed to do it since so i can no longer remember how. Anyway my question is this: Ive got some data in an excel spread sheet used that data to draw up a few charts, two pie and one bar chart. But when i come to print it will only print the actual table itself no charts or just a single chart if i click on it. I want to no how to make excel print it all together. I think it has something to do with embedding the charts but i have no idea. Hope you can help guys i need this to finish my uni assignment for tonight.

Thanks ste

Click on the chart to select it. Go to the print options (Office button, print, print) and Print selected chart will be highlighted. :)

im a little confused sorry will that print the charts along with the actual table in the position ive put them in? Coz if i highlight a chart then select print itl just print that one chart and maximise it to the size of the paper.

edit: is your avatar thing from one of the age of empires games btw?

yes. Avatar is for AoE II. :)

Just the generic Print Function prints the sheets as they are. At least that is what i get.

See screenshot of rubbish data. Printed page on right.

thanks mate but i managed to figure it out, theres a print area tab on the top and it was only selected to go around the table, i assumed excel would automaticly stretch it to include the charts but it didnt. Thanks for the reply though bud :p
