Palit refuses the warranty saying:
They are refusing saying that the sticker is damaged on the backside.
Does this look right to you ? Knowing that I have newer touched a screw on her. The thing is that the sticker doesn`t not sit on the screw it self. There is hole and space. The sticker can be easily damaged because there is nothing underneath to support it and with little pressure can be damaged.
After checked with our RMA Dept., unfortunately this card is out of the warranty condition.
The reason is that the "Don't Remove this Sticker" sticker has been removed and is no longer on top of the fan screw.
Please note that any swap of the cooler can cause a possible damage of the card such as overheating, PCB burning or some other compatibility issue. This is the reason that we have put a sticker like this on the screw to prevent a possible damage of the card.
