ato tool temp setting

well i got the HIS X850XT IceQ II and i changed the temps on ati tool at what i think it sould be (but its my first time doing it!) so i got ati tools fan control set to DYNAMIC BASED ON GPU TEMP

so that i think these are the right temps

so are thay ok or do i need to make them lower so the fan spins faster and cools the card better.
